> Singapore to Darwin onboard "Feeling II"

Departing on 18 September 1999 together with the Raffles Marina Cruising Club "Marine Parks of Indonesia Expedition Surveys" convoy.

Our sponsor and team yacht " Feeling II" a Norhavn 62 World Cruiser.

The journey starts right here at Raffles Marina on 18 September 1999 with 2 paid crews, 5 friends and the Owner, tons of foods, gears and equipment. We will join the Indonesia Marine Parks expedition boats to Nongsa Point Marina where the Indonesian officials will be welcoming us

This is where the official journey starts for the expedition team heading to Manado.

Our first planned stop will be at Bali and after two days proceed non-stop to Darwin

The journey to Bali is approx. 980 miles and Darwin is another 1,000 miles

Our first serious planning starts… (11 August, 1999)
